Ramick Strongfury

Well Rishallas Strongfury being the older brother came into existence on dec 27 1999 but then a little less then a year after his adventuring career began he went missing and was not seen from again. Reports were that he was last seen fighting a drolvarg captain in a battle that he eventually won but in which he had taken a grievous head wound.

Ramick Strongfury his younger brother picked up armor and a sword and began to search the land for his brother. Eventually he came upon some folks who had known Rishallas. They were members of a guild that rishallas helped to form. The guild was called Mithril Web. Ramick became fast friends with them and began to grow in power. Eventually the main core of the guild began to erode as forces from aworld beyond theirs began to draw them away one by one. Ramick took control of the remaining guild members and began to recruit folks into the guild. Throughout the ensuing years the numbers in the guild grew and it formed alliances with many other guilds...Monarchy of the Dead, Silent Honor, Eternall Sinn just to name a few. Finally the power from the other world began to draw people away again and the guilds numbers plummeted to 2 people. Dircke who had been a childhood friend of Ramick's and Ramick himself. Ramick and Dircke's power had lagged far behind many of the other adventurers in Norrath. They set to work to better themselves, and to recruit new members into the guild again. Gradually the guild began to pick up steam again and rise in power. A great core of people formed and the guilds power increased greatly in just a few short months. They were able to defeat the powerful OMM, and do some exploring in tacvi and texvu and even venture into solteris. House of Thule and its surrounding areas became a playground of wealth for them in terms of power. So here is Ramick still trying as he has all along to help others and have some fun along the way.

In real life Ramick and Rishallas before him( before he was ebayed by ex wife) are controlled by Rick Hersey a Hospice on call RN. I am 40 years old and married for the second time with two daughters and 3 step children and 7 step grandchildren.

Well my name is Rick and just before Christmas 1999 I had asked for Baldur's gate for christmas, well my mother in law at the time bought me everquest.
December 27 1999 I sat down to my computer and sometime after 7 pm I had created Rishallas and popped into Norrath in front of West Freeport gate where I was immediately jumped by a decaying skeleton. A week or 2 later I was trying to kill a derv in north ro when a group of folks came up and asked if i was killing all the dervs there and i said no just trying to kill the one i can pull solo. This group was made up of Kelderre, Sheana, Trakaar, there was a female bard with them as well name eludes me atm. Anyhow they set up camp and even helped me with heals and some jewelry from keld who was already doing jewelcraft. We became friends. Then a week or two later after grouping together a few times they decided to get 10 folks together and make a guild. Thus Mithril Web was born.
In October of 2000 I left my first wife to run away with my current wife. My ex ebayed my character i found out later. Anyway in january of 2002 I returned to EQ as Ramick and returned to Mithril Web. Kelderre and Sheana left for greener pastures and Kelderre the original leader passed the reigns of leadership to Hheather. Eventually more mass exodi(is that the plural of exodus) ocurred. The guild was on the verge of dying so I took over leadership to keep it alive. Around this time I met Tanise as well he had been invited to guild not long before. He formed the lanys alliance of which a lot of folks are still around. Anyhow we had some good times as a raid force on the server and i hope one day to be a top raid force again but no pressure as this is about fun and that is all.
I stopped playing again in 2009 and just returned in like june of 2011. I was level 84 when i came back with dircke who is the one who talked me back into playing. Dircke was level 83. We set about to catch up on things and to rebuild the guild. Dircke by the way is a lifelong real life friend...we have been friends since i was 7 years old and i am almost 41 now. So to the present, it seems we have formed a nice core of good folks yet again.
